7-Day Skardu Itinerary

A seven-day Skardu road trip usually spends the first and last days on the Karakoram Highway and the middle days in Baltistan.

Typical stops include Shangrila and Lower Kachura, Upper Kachura, Skardu town and Satpara, then either Deosai Plains in season or Khaplu and Shigar. Couples often prefer a quieter hotel plan; friend groups share a jeep or Hiace.
